Our client is a leading social media platform that is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator who is passionate being in a 360 event management role. This is a 12-month contract position with an immediate start date.

About the role:

  • 5 days working week (38 hrs.)
  • Highly flexible working arrangements from the Sydney CBD office.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics for in-person and online education programs globally.
  • Moderate online training sessions, including introductions, tech troubleshooting, and Q&A monitoring.
  • Set up and moderate online trainings on the required platforms (Zoom, etc)
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Oversee quality assurance of external suppliers, providing regular feedback and improvements.
  • Support new platform launches, train teams on platforms, and develop process documentation.

About you:

  • Have a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in Training Coordinator / Training and Development Coordinator / similar job titles and responsibilities.
  • Must be technology-apt with Zoom / Teams / other webinar platforms.
  • Strong capability with Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Bonus points if you have Instructional designer experience – creating presentations for training.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation.
