About the client:

Our client helps global companies run their mission-critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage and execute program plans, ensuring goals are met within budget and timeline.
* Lead a team of program managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
* Oversee program budgets, resources, and risk mitigation efforts.
* Track and report program progress and key performance indicators.
* Oversee and manage vendor relationships for outsourced program components.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead their implementation.
* Ensure that program scope is clearly defined, understood, and adhered to throughout the project.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
* Proven experience in program and project management
* Proficiencies in program planning, execution, and team leadership
* A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

* An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
* Relevant certifications, such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or equivalent, are a plus.
