About the Role

As the Validation Coordinator, you’ll manage a team of acceptance testers, taking ownership of end-stage validation processes to confirm system readiness. You’ll develop and execute robust validation strategies, ensure cross-functional alignment, and deliver critical insights on system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor, the acceptance testing team to ensure precision, consistency, and excellence in validation efforts.
• Validation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure systems meet requirements and are deployment ready.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Systems Engineers and Product Owners to align validation processes with functional specifications and project goals.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining high standards throughout the validation lifecycle.
• Reporting: Provide stakeholders with regular updates on testing progress, quality metrics, and system readiness.

Skills & Experience

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in quality management or systems engineering.
• Expertise: Proven ability in acceptance testing and end-stage validation.
• Leadership: Strong mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive Approach: Commitment to continuous improvement and maintaining quality excellence.

• Timely completion of validation tasks with effective risk mitigation.
• High defect detection and resolution rates, demonstrating compliance with system requirements.
