Reporting to the Vendor Assurance Manager, this role will be primarily responsible for coordinating resourcing requirements, RFQ management, vendor liaison, administrative support, invoicing and transaction processing, timesheet management and purchase order reconciliation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration, invoicing and payments reconciliation, as well as vendor financial and purchase order management.
- Exemplary process governance and document management skills, including experience handling highly confidential information.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach.
- Strong time management skills, adaptable and detail oriented.
- Highly developed written, verbal and presentation skills, with a consultative and collaborative communication style.
- Proficiency in the M365 suite and technologically adaptable.
- Understanding of Commercial Management, Quality Assurance, Vendor Management, IT contracting models and the implications they have on financial management, vendor management, contracts and program management.
- Support the Snr Vendor Analyst and Vendor Assurance Manager, where required, in the management of new and existing IT vendor agreements.
Desirable Skills or Qualifications
- Previous experience administering temporary labour hire and consulting services engagements will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of standard procurement procedures and tender approaches.
