Work with a team of developers, designers, subject experts, testers, and other stakeholders to manage web projects. Assist with leading solution design and discovery, prioritisation, help drive technical decisions, work through process gates such as change advisory, sprint planning and release management.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing incremental improvements to a current website and holding the budget
  • Documenting requirements and managing the refresh/rebuild of an existing website
  • Manage getting more events into “calendar” product and fed through to the right websites / public facing front ends .
  • Run workshops and document requirements.

The right candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager, manging end to end project delivery including:
    • Budget
    • Resourcing
    • Project plans
    • Risk Management
  • Website Project experience – deployment of websites and platforms
  • Deep Web experience (parts of the internet not accessible using standard search engines, such as paywalled sites, email messages and private databases).
  • Integration into websites, APIs.
  • Exposure to different web stacks
  • Experience running workshops and documenting requirements (Business Analysis Skills)
  • Cultural fit – someone who is collaborative, fun, engaging, looking to be part of the team
