Workday Lead
Our well-known client is looking for a Workday Functional Lead/ Manager to join a growing team on a HR Transformation program. On offer is to work with a team of skilled Workday Professionals in a flexible environment on an initial 8-month contract with potential extensions starting in mid-January 2025!
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and implementing Workday Learning systems and deriving impactful learning initiatives. Perth based candidates will be given first priority however if you tick all the boxes below then please apply if from interstate.
Responsibilities/Skills include some of the following:
- Proven track record of successful project management and implementation within Workday- A minimum of 1 full Workday implementation lifecycle experience
- Workday Certification either Workday Learning Certification or Workday Pro Certification preferred
- Proven experience leading and managing the deployment of the Workday Learning Module
- Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design
- Experience designing and implementing comprehensive training programs within the Workday Learning platform
- Understanding of the relationship between Core HCM and the workday learning module
- Experience in all project phases, from Design through to Deploy
- Good with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- Understanding of HR processes
- Requirements gathering and analysis experience
- Ability to ensure strategic alignment and can tailor solutions to meet needs
- Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders
