Talent International is seeking a seasoned SAP Principal Integration Developer to join our client, a prominent State Government Department, based in the heart of Brisbane CBD. This is an initial 5-month contract, running until the end of March 2025, with strong potential for extension.

The Role:
This position focuses on the Revenue Management System (RMS), built on SAP S/4HANA to ensure compliance with government legislation, policies, and audit standards for financial management. The RMS facilitates self-assessment and obligation management for taxpayers and royalty payers, serving up to 100,000 users. The RMS S/4HANA Upgrade Project aims to transition the system from ERP Central Component (ECC) to S/4HANA, while developing innovative solutions to harness the full potential of S/4HANA, including Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct impact analysis for the S/4HANA conversion from ECC and handle code remediation.
  • Manage SAP CRM cases and One Order solutions/data migration, including tasks, interactions, enforcement actions, and asset registers.
  • Develop OData services, implement Fiori applications, and migrate objects to the S/4HANA 2022 embedded launchpad.
  • Remediate SAP PI interface integration, particularly for Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) adaptors in S/4HANA.
  • Adapt existing ABAP workflows and rule developments to the new S/4HANA ABAP platform using Restful programming models and cloud application development on BTP.
  • Support regression testing and resolve defects for new solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of SAP PI development experience.
  • Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation and 1-2 years of SAP Cloud Platform Integration project delivery, including custom iFlow development, standard iFlow extensions, and mapping techniques (graphical, Java, XSLT).
  • Expertise in hybrid cloud integrations, SAP-to-Non-SAP and Non-SAP-to-Non-SAP integration, using APIs.
  • S/4HANA Cloud experience, including configuring communication arrangements, system users, and certificates.
  • Strong technical expertise in SAP interface migration from SAP PI On-premise to Integration Suite, including API development.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month contract to join a dynamic team delivering an Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution for a commercial client. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the IAM solution aligns with the client’s security needs and business goals.

In this role, you will facilitate the translation of business requirements into functional specifications, manage stakeholder communications, and support the end-to-end project lifecycle. Your ability to interpret complex business challenges and ensure that the IAM solution provides robust, secure, and user-friendly access control will be crucial to the project’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements for the IAM solution, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define and refine project scope, use cases, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Assist in developing user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support the design and implementation of the IAM solution.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify and address discrepancies between current systems and desired IAM outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and provide status updates.
  • Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks related to business requirements and processes.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support to stakeholders post-implementation, ensuring the IAM solution meets business needs and security standards.
  • Document and communicate changes in project requirements and ensure they are reflected in the project plan.
  • Collaborate with project managers to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects, ideally within Identity and Access Management (IAM) or security-related initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle management, access control, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements and translating them into actionable specifications.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams and bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Azure AD, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in creating process documentation, flowcharts, user stories, and business cases.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or security-focused projects.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
