Our client, is a leading Financial Services organisation seeking a Senior IT Project Manager on a 12 month initial day rate contract. This role is based in Sydney CBD and requires a mandatory of 3 days per week in office.

The Senior IT Project Manager will have a strong background in legacy mainframe payment platforms, specifically with migration experience. We are seeking a talented Business Project Manager for federal government agency for an initial day rate contract through to 31 December 2025, with options to extend. This role sits within the Service Design and Improvement Branch which has 2 streams for planning and operations. The teams are largely responsible for running projects related to the interpretation of a major policy reform, and the impacts to core front-line processes and systems – a legacy SAP CRM managed by a third-party department, and new internally managed Salesforce CRM with Service and Health Cloud, Lightning and Community portals.

Role

• Develop and manage project plans and schedules

• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflicting or challenging situations and stakeholders
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence
