The Role

We are seeking a talented Business Project Manager for federal government agency for an initial day rate contract through to 31 December 2025, with options to extend. This role sits within the Service Design and Improvement Branch which has 2 streams for planning and operations. The teams are largely responsible for running projects related to the interpretation of a major policy reform, and the impacts to core front-line processes and systems – a legacy SAP CRM managed by a third-party department, and new internally managed Salesforce CRM with Service and Health Cloud, Lightning and Community portals.

This is a federal APS Executive Level 1 (EL1) position with budget in the mid to high $600’s per day inc super. You can be based out of our client’s Richmond or Geelong location with a hybrid working environment, with 2 days working from home, 37.5-hour weeks capped at 230 working days per year. Role

  • Develop and manage project plans and schedules
  • Contribute to project design, governance arrangements and operational integration
  • Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflicting or challenging situations and stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  • Detailed understanding of SAP CRM and Salesforce CRM platforms in relation to front-line support services
