About the role:

The objective of the Integration Delivery Lead role is to be the lead integration delivery point of contact with the rest of the of the business

This role holds accountability for the initiative delivery and life-cycle support of projects specific to the Integration portfolio across the business

Key Responsibilities:

The Role:
This Government Agency is seeking a Scrum Master to be responsible for ensuring newly established work practices and standards, by transitioning to Scrum, Jira workflows, estimation practices, team to project reporting, continuous improvement mindset which will be adopted by the IT delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate ceremonies and events at the team level such as daily stand-up meetings, iteration/sprint planning, sprint demonstrations and retrospectives.
  • Ensure that delivery artefacts (Product/Sprint backlogs, Jira Features and Stories, Definition of Done, estimation etc.) are developed and maintained in accordance with agreed quality standards.
  • Ensure delivery management tools are used consistently and to full effect, allowing better estimating, forecasting and reporting.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years experience as a Scrum Master working within the ICT Sector and Public Sector.
  • 5 or more years of experience as an Agile coach or similar role with demonstrated outcomes including successful adoption and improvement of delivery techniques including adapting to hybrid delivery models.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences. You will need to engage confidently and effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, learn and leverage existing and new tools to support ongoing process improvements.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading, educating, and coaching delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
