Our client is a growing company that has a product facilitating efficient data transfer by utilizing AI and Cloud Computing and is in need of a Program / Project Manager to assist with IT projects including an upcoming SOC 2 certification. The ideal candidate will have a technical background (both hands-on and project-based) and very strong experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans and schedules to ensure timely and successful execution of all security projects.
• Utilize Sprints, Scrum, and Agile.
• Partner with IT/Security and engineering teams to define, prioritize, and oversee various projects, including cost optimization, productivity improvements, and new system development.
• Lead and manage various technical projects including SOC 2 certification and AWS GuardDuty implementation.
• Utilize JIRA Project Management, Service Desk, and Confluence to streamline project processes and communication.
• Leverage prior experience as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) in IT/Security projects to drive successful outcomes.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate effective team coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience, particularly in IT/Security domains.
• Proficient in JIRA, Service Desk, and Confluence, Scrum, and Agile.
• Must have a technical background (i.e. Service Desk, Network/NOC, Security Analyst, etc.)
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
