Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced ‘ICT Business Analyst’.
Key Criteria
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ICT projects and solutions.
- Collaborate with ICT teams to design and evaluate solutions that address business needs.
- Assess the feasibility and impact of proposed solutions and recommend improvements or alternatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and ICT teams.
- Facilitate communication and ensure that stakeholders are informed about project progress, changes, and issues.
- Assist with project planning, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes related to requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
